Wystaw Zabawke: Toy Donation Platform
A platform for listing and exchanging toys between parents.Challenge
Children grow fast. Toys used for a few months then sit in a closet for years. Parents want to give them away, exchange, or sell them, but there is no convenient place to do so.
Facebook groups and classifieds are temporary workarounds. There is no trust mechanism, no clear info about the toy's condition, and arranging an exchange means a thread of messages stretching over weeks.
What we built
A platform where parents can list toys for exchange or resale. A simple profile, photos, condition description, and age range for the child the toy suits.

Technical approach
A web application with a full user system, search, and notifications. A database storing toy information, photos, and parent profiles. Personal data security compliant with GDPR, since this is a platform handling children's data.
The interface was designed for parents browsing listings in the evening from their phone, one-handed. Large photos, minimal clicks, quick listing.
Result
Parents got a simple tool for exchanging toys in their city. Less waste, happy children with new toys, and parents not spending extra money.
I listed 12 toys in 10 minutes. The next day, three were already exchanged.
