  • Purpose: responding to your inquiry submitted via the contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual actions, and Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest of the controller).
  • Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact.
  • Recipients: Supabase (database hosting in EU), Resend (email), Meta (Conversions API, only with marketing consent).
  • After submission, your inquiry is automatically classified by priority (urgency/category) in our n8n instance hosted on an EU server. This classification does not produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the Polish DPA (PUODO). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response.
