- Controller: EPKO sp. z o.o., ul. Podleśna 2, 05-270 Marki, Poland, KRS 0000908693.
- Purpose: scheduling and holding the call booked in the calendar (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual actions).
- Data scope: full name, email address, optionally a phone number and the selected time slot.
- Recipients: the booking calendar (Cal.com) runs on our own server in the EU. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend, SMS reminders via Twilio (transfer to the USA safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework). Booking data also lands in our CRM (Supabase, hosted in the EU).
- Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to the Polish DPA (PUODO). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to book the call.
