What it does
Answers the phone
A voice assistant picks up when reception can't get to the phone and offers an appointment. Medical questions go to a person.
Keeps track of appointments
SMS reminders with confirm or cancel, so a freed-up slot goes back into the calendar.
Works around the clock
Patients book in the evening or at the weekend, and the visit lands straight in the doctor's calendar.
What it says about us
Medova processes health data, so we design it around Article 9 of the GDPR, with patient data stored on EU servers and a data processing agreement. We bring the same habits, monitoring, maintenance and care for data, to every client project.
